All sweets are $11.50 and are made on the premises including the ice cream and the frozen desserts.

We have Tasmanian heritage camembert, heritage blue and Mersey Valley vintage cheddar.
Cassata
A traditional Italian ice cream dessert. Chocolate on the outside, pistachio in the centre and brandied fruit in vanilla ice cream in between.
Chocolate Mocha Ice Cream
A home-made ice cream with layers of chocolate, coffee and hazelnut. Served with kahlua liqueur and chocolate sauce.
Chocolate Raspberry Tart
A thin French style pastry flan filled with whole raspberries and chocolate ganash. Served with a mixed berry sauce. Served with cream or ice cream or both.
Apple Strudel
Traditional Austrian style. Made with fresh apples, spices and sultanas. Served with cream or ice cream or both.
Sundaes
Tasmanian vanilla ice cream with our own made sauces. Choose from berry, chocolate, butterscotch, orange grand marnier, chocolate-walnut or chocolate and Crème de menthe liqueur. Topped with whipped cream.
Chocolate Hazelnut Maringues
The meringues are filled with chocolate mousse and topped with cream and raspberry coulis.
Parfait Nougatine
A frozen creamy rich dessert made with hazel nuts and hazelnut liqueur, parline and chocolate. Served with warm chocolate fudge and cream.
Sweet Crepes
Choose from orange grand marnier or mixed berry sauce or whole raspberries. Served with cream or ice cream or both.
